At Integrative Head & Neck Specialists (IHNSS), my passion is helping people return to what they love. 

As a trauma-informed physical therapist specializing in craniofacial physical therapy, TMJ treatment, and cervical care for chronic neck pain, I blend evidence-based treatment with deep compassion. Every patient matters. Every ripple of healing matters; whether that’s a nurse back at the bedside, a teacher confidently back in the classroom, or a mom able to laugh without wincing.

We begin with a review of your paperwork and a check-in on your current symptoms to assess contributing factors. Then we will carry out testing and measurement.

 

Finally, we will walk through in-depth education, hands-on treatments, and personalised exercise.

Comprehensive Follow-Up Session

60 Minutes | $175

These sessions include hands-on treatment using my “three-legged stool” approach, combining soft tissue mobilization, joint and spinal manipulation and dry needling (if desired). 

 

Each session is tailored to your evolving needs. Always.
